Welcome to floLearn! 

These privacy policy outline the rules and regulations for the use of floLearn's Mobile app, located at www.flolearn.com  on Google Play Store and App Store. 

By accessing this mobile app, we assume you accept these privacy policy. Do not continue to use floLearn if you do not agree to take all of the privacy policy stated on this page. 

The following terminology applies to these Privacy policy, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", “User”, "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this mobile app and compliant to the Company’s privacy policy. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Nigeria. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. 

-Shared-Preferences

By accessing floLearn, once you signup or login, your login details is stored using shared-preferences which means you only need to log in once. Until you logout, you will always be logged in anytime you open up the app. 

-License

Unless otherwise stated, floLearn and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on floLearn. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from floLearn for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these privacy policy. 

You must not: 

• * Republish material from floLearn
• * Sell, rent or sub-license material from floLearn
• * Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from floLearn
• * Redistribute content from floLearn except it’s a screenshot to show others, linking to floLearn app. 

One app one user policy

This Agreement shall begin today February 15, 2022. 

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, floLearn shall not be liable for the refund of any payment done on this mobile app in any way. 

floLearn reserves the right to monitor all activities and to remove any account which can be considered manipulative, offensive or causes breach of these Privacy policy. 

You warrant and represent that: 

• * You are entitled to download and use the mobile app to your needs. 
• * The payment made are non-refundable; 
• * Any unlawful activities will result in your account being suspended. 

You hereby grant floLearn a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your activities in any and all forms, formats or media. 

-Modification and Termination of Services

FloLearn may, at its sole discretion, change, discontinue, or limit access to any the app’s features or functionality, including taking exams, for any reason at any time without liability to You or the Account Owner. 

If FloLearn discontinues your account, where reasonably possible, FloLearn will give You reasonable advance notice. If FloLearn discontinues any top-level feature, FloLearn will endeavor to provide at least 24hours prior written notice via email, or through other reasonable means. 

FloLearn may make changes to the Privacy policy at any time with notice and the opportunity to decline further use of the app. FloLearn will post notice of modifications to the Terms on the it’s social media and by emailing Your contact email. Changes will not be retroactive. They will become effective, and will be deemed accepted by You.

If You do not agree with the modifications to the Terms, you may terminate Your use of the app, which will be Your sole and exclusive remedy. You agree that Your continued use of the app constitutes Your agreement to the modifications of the Terms. 

If You violate any of the Terms, FloLearn may terminate Your access to the app. Additionally, to the maximum extent permitted by law, FloLearn may terminate with Your access for any reason with 24hours prior written notice. 

-Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Mobile app. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Mobile app. No screens should appear on any Mobile app that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights. 

-Your Privacy

We do take the privacy of all our clients seriously and we do not share or sell any of their data in any form. 

-Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to cancel an account that violates any of our rules. 

-Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our mobile app and the use of this mobile app. Nothing in this disclaimer will: 

• * limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury; 
• * limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; 
• * limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• * exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law. 

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty. 

As long as the mobile app and the information and services on the mobile app are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
